Delivery
We aim to charge for delivery at cost and not make profit on delivery charges.
Delivery is calculated based on your location, the order weight, and the delivery service you select. You can see the lowest delivery charge for your order by going to the checkout page and using the “Estimate VAT & Delivery Costs” facility.
You will only see the delivery options available for your specific order (e.g. Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard large Letter” is only available on some of the smaller products).
Please contact us to quote for international delivery, or if the website is unable to calculate the delivery cost (for orders above 60kg, for some made to order products, or for delivery to some places in the Scottish Highlands).
**Please allow for 1 full working day to prepare your order, plus the delivery time applicable to the delivery method you select.
**NB. Some of our products like bannister ropes are made to order and will take a little longer to deliver. For these products the lead time is mentioned on the product pages, or in some cases like for bow & stern fenders, the products show as out of stock with a message to contact us to to discuss ordering and delivery times.
